HB -80 Single-column Welding Positioner for 8T
It is applicable to kinds of axes, dicks, tank and etc. Work table surface is made of finished casting, and cannot be hurt rasily by welding spatter. Uniform position lines are made on the surface. T-shaped grooves are avaliable, which can faclilitate the instalation of various fixing and clamping unit.
Main feactures:
1. The positioner which has simple structure and high stability is mainly used with SAW machines.
2. Table rotating adopts imported transducer to raealized stepless regulation, wide speed range and stable operation.
3. Table tilting is drove by AC motor with helical-worm reducer and self lock function, realized stable tilting.
4. Stepless speed regulation of imported transducer is adopted for work table rotation, which has a wide speed adjustment range and high wprking stability.
5. Tilting of wprk table adopts gear worm reducer to keep constant-speed reversal within 120° with large turning torque, self-locking ang reliable positioning.
