SYD708 high-speed Band Saw Machine,the speed of the saw band and the feed speed of the slide are adjusted to achieve the best match.There are fixed, retractable and reversible tooling platforms to meet the requirements of different sawing processes. This configuration is used to cut long materials such as pipe or bar stock to length. Thus it is an important part of the facilities in most machine shops. Small horizontal bandsaws typically employ a gravity feed alone, retarded to an adjustable degree by a coil spring or through a power feed mechanism; on very large industrial models, the rate of descent is usually controlled by a hydraulic cylinder bleeding through an adjustable valve.
Product features:
- The linear speed of the saw band and the feed speed of the slide (hydraulic slide or servo feed slide) are set by the program. According to the different structure of the saw cut-off surface, the speed of the saw band and the feed speed of the slide are adjusted to achieve the best match.

- The band sawing machine is equipped with automatic tension device, which can set tension strength according to different bands.
