Because the linear speed of high-speed Band Saw is 10 times higher than that of ordinary Band saw machine, the efficiency of cutting non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and copper is increased about 10 times. Product features:
- The linear speed of the saw band and the feed speed of the slide (hydraulic slide or servo feed slide) are set by the program. According to the different structure of the saw cut-off surface, the speed of the saw band and the feed speed of the slide are adjusted to achieve the best match.
- There are fixed, retractable and reversible tooling platforms to meet the requirements of different sawing processes.
- The band sawing machine is equipped with automatic tension device, which can set tension strength according to different bands.
