1). Introduction of the compressed pallet
One-time pressing wood pallet line uses waste wood chip, paring, 
edge horn waste, etc as main raw material, through the crushing, 
drying, add glue mixing, and then hot pressing to pallet. This pressed pallet has 
the following optimal features:
1, high temperature and high pressure used for making the pallet, so it's 
non-fumigation and without any worm or virus, environmental eco-friendly, 
waterproof, insect, prevent termites, anti corrossion, not easy to burn.
3, four way entry can use fork easily to use or move, and stackable.
4, light weight, single layer is about 14-18kg.
5, static load is about 3000kg, dynamic load about 1500kg

Crushing wood waste into wood chips, 20-40mm length slim wood chips
Dry to moisture below 13%
Mix with Urea formaldehyde resin glue, wood: glue=4:1
Pressing pallet, need 8 minutes to making one pallet
Thermal oil boiler, supply energy to whole line
