Pre-milling
Use 2 milling cutters to adjust the Ripple/burr/nonstraight phenomenons on panel caused by panel saw.
Gluing/banding
Through a special structure, gluing the tape and pressing onto the panel edge tightly.
End trimming
By precise linear guide movement, adopt automatic tracking and high-frequency motor to cut the surplus tape(usually 2mm length)in both end of the panel fastly to ensure a smooth surface.
Rough trimming
If the tape is very thick,like solid wood bar, then we will need to cut the surplus tape(usually 2-3mm width)in both side of the panel fastly and roughly, to protect the fine trimming saw blade.
Fine trimming
Cut the surplus tape(usually 2-3mm width)in both side of the panel fastly and finely.
Corner trimming
Make the banded corner have a round arc, with better feeling when touch, and looks beautiful.
Scraping
Make the banded panel side have a round/square arc, with better feeling when touch, and looks beautiful.
Buffing
With 2 cotton buffing wheels to make a smooth and clean banded area.
Grooving
Grooving for side panels, floor panels etc., to reduce the working of panel saw.
